We create our innovative bed frames and headboards using only non-toxic, high density foam and premium upholstery fabric. No wood - we're 100% cushioned.

The foam used is 100% polyurethane, made in California. It is the same type of foam that is used to make mattresses, sofas, baby car seats, and contains no additives. We offer an array of luxurious fabrics to choose from, all of which are sourced in Los Angeles. Our polyester and polyester-blend fabrics are resilient and naturally stain resistant.

Simply place your SOFTFRAME® bed frame over and around your box spring (required and not included) and then place your mattress on top.

Once installed, our logo tag should be visible at the foot of the frame, facing upwards towards the ceiling.

Our collection arrives fully assembled and requires no tools, extra parts or movers - yay!

We highly recommend purchasing a set for the best experience! The headboard seamlessly nestles between your SOFTFRAME® bed frame and the supporting wall.

There is nothing comparable to our designs - 100% fully cushioned without any wood or hard surfaces. The cover is sewn with a hidden zipper so that it may be removed for cleaning.

Velcro strips are sewn onto the wall-facing side of the headboard and optional velcro strips are provided to further secure the headboard to your wall should you choose. Attaching velcro strips to your wall is at the customer's own discretion.

In sunny California. All products are handcrafted at our workshop and delivered directly to you, from us, with gratitude.

We offer 100% soft surfaces, providing parents with better sleep knowing their little ones are fully surrounded by a cloud-like cushion.

Our low-profile beds are an ideal solution for senior dogs with mobility issues and smaller pets that cannot jump up high.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the USA and Canada. Shipping to P.O. boxes is unavailable.

We offer free shipping within the contiguous United States. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada range in cost per piece depending on the product. Please note that each item in your order will be shipped in its own box, due to their large dimensions. Canadian import duties, taxes, and related charges are not included in the shipping cost - these fees are the buyers responsibility.

Kindly note, we cannot make address changes on any orders that have received a tracking number and confirmation email.

Our production time is approximately 5 - 14 days* from date of purchase.

As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, you will be sent a tracking number with details to the email used to place the order.

Shipping will be an additional 3 - 5 business days, and is not included in our production time frame.

*Does not include weekends.

Upon receiving your order, please unpack the item(s) immediately; they should not be kept in their original packaging longer than 7 days.

When placing your order, make sure to take into account our production time to ensure you won't be between moves or on vacation when we deliver.

We recommend unboxing your order as soon as possible for best results - no longer than 7 days after receipt. This will reduce the appearence of wrinkles that may have settled in transit.

Yes! We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience.

Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

Product Care

- Vacuum or use a soft brush to dust and keep the material looking and feeling fresh.

- Blot spills immediately with a clean, absorbent cloth. If necessary, spot clean with a trusted upholstery cleaning solution.

- Be sure to spot test any cleaning product in an inconspicuous place before use.

- For a deep clean, we recommend a professional upholstery cleaning service.

Our bed frames are not designed to have the cover removed and washed. Instead we recommend to spot clean with a clean rag and mild detergent.

Returns & Exchanges

Our products are made to order, therefore they are not eligible for returns and/or exchanges; unless the item(s) arrive damaged or with a defect*.

If you have a problem with your order please email our customer care team at hello@softframedesigns.com within 7 days of delivery**.

If your order is approved for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be returned with tracking and within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be unused, in new condition and returned in the original packaging.

We offer a 48-hour cancellation window. Once this time has elapsed, the order goes into production, and the sale is considered binding.
