Engaging with customers by e-mail and direct message, Customer Care associates deliver world-class service every day and serve as a critical link between our customer and our product.

Customer Care Center associates have strong communication skills, a thirst for knowledge about our brands and a passion for the retail industry.

 

 

 

 

Marketing

Developing and implementing an external communications strategy, our Marketing team works to position SoftFrame Designs as the most effortless choice to create beautiful modern bedrooms.

Our team oversees all forms of public relations, manages organic social media, as well as the implementation of advocacy/influencer programs.

Our Marketing Team produces compelling and creative content that delivers captivating and engaging material to our audiences on the right channel at the right time.

 

Production

SoftFrame Design products are handcrafted and made to order by this amazing team. From manufacturing to quality control and shipping, our Production Team ensures the highest-standard of our products and the efficiency within the supply chain.

Responsible for the development and implementation of effective, facility-wide Planning & Inventory Control activities, our team works day in and day out to support material flow and on-time delivery.

E-commerce

As an e-commerce led company, our business is powered by technology, which is spread across our marketing team.  

Daily tasks include inspecting landing pages, updating product information, ensuring an easy checkout process, and maintaining all pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use - including our Facebook + Instagram Shops.

Copywriter

The Copywriter will write and produce editorial content to enhance the customer experience and engagement throughout the customer journey on our SoftFrame Designs Website.

  • Responsibilities include writing informative and fun copy
  • Staying up-to-date on trends in the digital market and content
  • Maintains consistent messaging across all channels - from web, email, social, product information and print
  • Collaborates across creative and e-commerce teams to determine storytelling efforts
  • Manage workflow to meet business and copy deadlines

Customer Care Associate

If you are enthusiastic about helping customers create their dream homes, providing everything from advice on color palettes and price points to suggestions on product use and care.
